 | Can it get any better then this? |
TheCommandant writes "In my dart room (which doubles as a daycare during the first half of the day) I have two Dart-Stop Backboards mounted side-by-side with just enough room for a scoreboard (or two). On those I have Circumluminators (by Nuvolux) and inside those I have Unicorn Eclipse Pro's or NODOR Winmau Blade III's (as is the case in one set up today). I've got extra Halogen lamps, cool dart cases, custom darts -- you name it -- and a RAG to wipe my chalkboard off with.
That's right, a rag, a nasty smelly, disgusting rag. OK, maybe it doesn't smell (or maybe it does) but it's just a rag for crying out loud.
What's even worse is I don't know where that stinking rag is! One moment it's under this, the next it's on that and the battle goes on and on! Heck, I've even resorted to toilette paper before!
COME ON!!!
Well, once again there is a company out there that must have heard my cries of anguish as I low crawled across my Pergo floor in search of that nasty rag to wipe off my score board and they quickly sent out the newest thing in the 'cool' world of dart stuff to have: a magnetic towel! OK, the towel isn't really magnetic but the magnet is and it's sewn into the towel. How cool is that?
Now what good is that going to do me? A world of good! I'm sticking it (literally) right onto the bottom of my Dart-Stop STEEL scoreboard. That's right, steel! While your Cricketeer falls apart and looks like something the rag dragged in (ok the rag is alive now?) I've got a Dart-Stop Scoreboard too -- made of steel, good looking and will last forever!
So if Santa goes out and gets you a Dart-Stop scoreboard this Christmas, it’ll come with a magnetic towel (to erase the score on it) that will hang nicely on the scoreboard, a pen or piece of low dust chalk (in an aluminum holder) and easy to follow instructions. It just doesn’t get any better then this folks.
Thanks Dart-Stop for saving my sanity! I'll take two!
Erik

Being in a day care center doesn't bother me. Just looking at the chalkboard & rag get's me in the mood for darts |
